DESCRIPTION
The floor in room h, the peristyle area, had no coating preserved. When cleaned, the conduit from the viridarium was exposed, as was the filled-in conduit from the terracotta pipe in the E wall. They both had an outlet to a cistern placed to the south of the SW corner of the viridarium. The rim of the cistern is dressed with lava blocks.
