DESCRIPTION
Der Fussbodenbelag aus lavapesta ist schlecht erhalten. Reste wurden aber an mehreren Stellen entlang den Wänden angetroffen, vor der Alaöffnung ist eine zusammenhängende Fläche zu sehen, und auch vor dem Tablinum. In der Alaöffnung liegt eine Reihe grösserer Steine in ca. 0,12 m Abstand voneinander, und weitere 0.47 m in das atrium hineien verläuft eine parallel dazu verlegte Reihe gleicher Art. Von dieser zweiten Reihe konnten auch Abschnitte vor der S-Wand, der W-Wand und der N-Wand in jeweils ca. 0.45 m - 0.50 m Abstand von der Wand beobachtet werden. Es sieht also so aus, als ob ein Rahmen aus grösseren Steinen und Ziegelscherben den mittleren Teil des Paviments umgeben hätte.
