The spacious tricliniumu that is located on the west side of the garden, on the south side of the famous tablinum, has a large opening, the full width of the room, towards the garden. Originally, the room seems to have been in connection with the atrium area through a door in the west wall, which was walled up later, before the room was redecorated during the Third style phase.
Tricliniumu still preserves traces of a Third style decoration, best preserved on the north wall.
