Wall decoration (extant)

Description

Thomas Staub

Hardly any remains of the decorations are preserved today, only on the south wall some observations can be made. Above a 0.90 m high, at least partly, red socle zone follows a 0.14 m high horizontal stripe, which in its eastern parts preserves some rests of green paint. At 1.35 m height, a 0.13 m high light red line seems to be the lower frame of a darker red field of unknown dimensions. Between this and a 0.05 m high line of unknown colour, in 2.45 m height, nothing is visible of the decorations of the middle zone. Above this upper line, a further 0.20 m high horizontal stripe can be discerned, above these only fragments of blue and red paint but without any traces of the structure of the decorations.
