Threshold between corridor h1 and peristyle b
The threshold consists of two side slabs made of lava with the area in between covered by cocciopesto, the same material as the floor in the peristyle and in the eastern part of the corridor. The north slab is 0.22 x 0.28 m large with one round indentation: diam. 0.055 m, depth 0.005 m, 0.03 m from the east edge, 0.04 m from the south edge. The south slab is placed slightly askew, 0.36 x 0.45 m large, with one round indentation: diam. 0.04 m, depth 0.005 m, 0.05 m from the east edge, 0.19 m from the north edge.
