Staff & Annual fieldwork
The field work has been scheduled for six weeks annually since 2000. Since 2003 the annual campaign has been split in two: one oriented towards Casa di Caecilius Iucundus, scheduled in spring-summer, and one in Sept-Oct concerning the buildings in the northern area of the insula.

Assistants and master students
Each year, the project takes on a limited number of students in Classical archaeology and ancient history (60 p required, papers presented on Pompeii-subjects is qualifying) as trainees. Assistants are students educated within the project. These members participate on the base of a smaller fee, sufficient for covering the basic expenses during the stay in Pompeii.
